Lori MacKay has been a full-time Registered Massage Therapist for 13 years. She graduated from Kine-Concept Massage School in Ottawa in 2007, which included training in Swedish Massage, NMT (Neuromuscular Technique), Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy and Remedial Exercise.
Lori is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is an active member of the Ontario Massage Therapist Association.

Ellen is a Registered Dietitian with a unique set of skills that will support you in achieving and maintaining your personalized nutrition goals- working collaboratively with your body, your mind, your activity level, and your lifestyle. New on the RD scene, she embodies a fresh approach on what being a dietitian means. With an anti-diet philosophy, she practices client-centred, empathetic care. Factor in her 4+ years of clinical in-patient experience that will help guide you and manage a variety of disease/conditions; you’ll have access to the full scope of medical nutrition therapy at D+A Wellness. A thorough and realistic approach in a positive and judgement-free zone await you in working with Ellen. On weekends, you can find her playing the guitar, trying out a new recipe for Sunday dinner, or hanging out in the sun with her friends.
